Make a booking reservation

If you are looking to hire on a regular basis, please contact for availability.

Hire is for Main Hall only between 1pm and 10pm on weekends. We ask hirers to attend a 15-minute meeting prior to their hire commencing. Please be aware this is not additional set up time. Only the hirer will be allowed to enter the building at this time. No one else (including entertainment) will be permitted to enter the building earlier than the times stated on your hire agreement. 

When making a booking request, the system will automatically calculate the estimated hire price for you. A refundable* security deposit will be added to your invoice. This protects the Community Association against any loss or damage. Please see 'Prices' page for more information. 

Once a booking has been accepted we will send you a hire agreement to sign and return as well as an invoice. A booking deposit of £30 (or 50% total hire cost, whichever is the greater) must be paid NOT MORE THAN 10 days after your invoice date. If the deposit is not received your booking will be cancelled without notice.

The balance is due no less than 28 days before your hire date and if this is not received your booking may be cancelled.

Please note that we do not accept parties for ages 15-24

All booking requests require users to register with this site. Once registered, you can manage existing bookings and request new bookings.

Proof of residency

Jennett's Park residents will be required to provide proof of residency to qualify for the residents rate.
