Centre facilities


The main hall may be used for private hire from 1pm to 10pm on weekends, depending on availability. Minimum hire of 3 hours.  

We are currently unable to accept bookings for private hire in our meeting rooms. 

The centre has the following:

   Wheelchair access
   Parking for disabled guests
   Baby change facilities
   Acoustic / hearing loop

Kitchen - The centre has a large, well-equipped kitchen which you are welcome to use during your hire. It has 2 microwave ovens, 2 fridges, an electric hob and oven, dual sink and an 'on demand' hot water boiler. A number of mugs are also available for use with hot drinks, etc. Please note : hire of the hall and/or meeting room(s) DOES NOT include sole use of the kitchen area on the odd occasion when the whole centre may be in use.

Rubbish must be disposed of by the hirer - any bags left at centre will incur a £5 per bag disposal charge.

Details of our charges appear on our 'Prices' page. Use of chairs, tables and shared access to the kitchen is included in hire costs.

Set-up and clearing-up time is chargeable at your standard rate and MUST be included within the hire times you specify - if you overrun you risk losing your security/insurance deposit.

Main Hall

Capacity: 100 people

Our main hall is one or the largest in the Bracknell area. It has a tall ceiling and will take most modern inflatable bouncy castles. It has a sprung wooden floor with underfloor heating. Lighting in the hall is dimmable. Tables and chairs and access to kitchen included in hire cost. The hall is suitable for private parties, functions, meetings and seminars. The main hall is not available weekdays or before 1pm on a weekend.

Meeting Rooms Combined

Capacity: 30 people
Pricing: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

The meeting rooms are separated by a dividing screen that can be unlocked and pushed back to make one large room (Meeting Rooms Combined). Our meeting rooms have limited availability during the working day. We generally have availability in the evenings as well as all day at the weekends. The meeting rooms are NOT suitable for parties.
